• In-stock items: Will be shipped within 1–2 business days of your order.
• Items requiring heat pressing: Please allow approximately 10 days for processing.
• Heat pressing service for customer-provided items: Items will be shipped approximately 4 weeks after receipt.
• Pre-order/Backordered items: Will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock; please allow approximately 8–12 weeks as an estimate.

• Your order will be delivered by a domestic carrier, and a tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
• Uniforms are carefully packed in a specialized bag and shipped folded.

• We offer heat-pressing services for names, numbers, and patches.
• Our specialized staff carefully applies each one using official standard marking sheets and patches.
• If you purchase a uniform and request heat-pressing, please allow approximately 10 business days for shipping.
• Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions for the heat-pressing service.
2. I understand and agree that we cannot accept external marking sheets, name sets, patches, etc., purchased at other stores.
3. I understand and agree that due to the manual nature of the processing, slight misalignments or uneven heat-pressing may occur.
4. I understand and agree to the delivery lead time (typically 4 weeks to a maximum of approximately 12 weeks) and the scope of the store's liability.
5. I understand and agree that this service may require time for inspection, specification verification, and feasibility assessment upon receipt of the items; that the store assumes no liability for cancellation, loss, damage, or delay during shipping; and that while the customer bears the cost of shipping to the store, the store will only cover return shipping costs in the event that processing is not feasible.
6. I understand and agree that if issues are identified with the sent uniform (including suspected counterfeit or imitation products, significant damage, or other items deemed difficult or impossible to process), the store may decline to perform the service.
7. I understand and agree that because pre-processing specification checks, inspections, and management tasks require significant labor, fees for the carry-in processing service and charges for items purchased simultaneously are generally non-refundable.
8. I understand and agree that if a refund is unavoidable, it will be issued as store credit rather than via cash, credit card, or other payment methods.

Items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged in the following cases:

• Products received more than 8 days ago
• Sale items or items purchased with a coupon
• Products that have been customized, such as with names or numbers
• Special order items or pre-order items
• Items without tags or items that have been used
• Products with damaged packaging
• Items stated as non-returnable/non-exchangeable in the product description
• Heat-press services and products purchased in the same order as a heat-press service
• If you have not sent us your items for our mail-in service (such as shirts, marking sheets, or patches) within 14 days of purchase

• Please note that the color of the actual product may differ depending on your photography environment or monitor settings.
• As our inventory is shared with other websites, items may occasionally be out of stock depending on the timing of your order.
