現在、持ち込み加工について非常に多くのご依頼をいただいており、常時オーダーが集中している状況が続いています。

私たちは、ユニフォームを「自分だけの一着」に仕上げる持ち込み加工を、Kit of the Dayにとって大切なサービスのひとつだと考えています。

一方、特にオンラインでの持ち込み加工では、ご注文内容の確認、加工可否の判断、仕様の確認や修正、お客様との個別のやり取りなど、実際の加工そのもの以上に多くの時間を必要とするケースが増えています。

この状態のまま受付を拡大することは、加工品質や納期にも影響するため、持ち込み加工の運用を一度整理することにしました。

当面の間、以下の運用といたします。

「かんたん持ち込み」
Kit of the Dayが指定する加工のみ受付いたします。
対象となる加工はストア上に掲載し、随時アップデートしていきます。

「こだわり持ち込み」
複雑な仕様や個別確認を必要とする加工については、当面の間、受付を休止いたします。

また現在、個別に「この加工はできますか？」というお問い合わせを多数いただいておりますが、受付可否について個別に回答することが難しい状況です。

受付可能な加工は、オンラインストアに掲載されているものが最新情報となります。

今後は、

① ストアUIを再構築し、できる限り「かんたん持ち込み」だけで注文が完結する仕組みづくり
② 加工・保管スペースを含めた拠点の拡張
③ 複雑な加工にも対応できるスタッフの採用・育成
④ 持ち込み加工オペレーションそのものの改善

を進めていきます。

持ち込み加工は、決して効率の良いサービスではありません。

それでも、「昔買ったユニフォームを好きな選手仕様にしたい」「手元にある一着を完成させたい」というご要望には、これからもできる限り応えていきたいと考えています。

だからこそ、無理に受付を広げるのではなく、長く続けられるサービスにするための土台を、今つくります。

少しお時間をいただきますが、受付できる加工は順次増やしていく予定です。

新しい加工メニューの追加については、オンラインストアおよびSNSで随時お知らせいたします。

We are currently prioritizing orders placed in advance through our online store.

Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are not currently accepting new orders for 2026 Argentina or Spain national team kits at our physical store locations.

Additionally, even if you place an order online, we cannot provide same-day processing or pickup for these items at our stores.

■ Regarding custom printing for customer-provided uniforms

For all custom printing on customer-provided uniforms, please expect a lead time of at least 4 weeks for completion.

We do not offer same-day processing or pickup for customer-provided uniforms, whether the order is placed online or in-store.

We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause, especially for those who have made the trip to our stores.

We are working diligently to process each order in the order it was received, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
