In-stock items requiring heat-press processing take approximately 10 days, while custom heat-press services for customer-supplied items take about 4 weeks from the time of receipt. Pre-order and backordered items will be shipped upon arrival, which typically takes approximately 8–12 weeks.

Please refer to the note "Guidelines for Mailing-in Shirts for Heat Pressing at Kit of the Day" for the procedure on how to mail in your own shirts for heat pressing.
