Crimping Service Terms of Use

At Kit of the Day, we offer a lamination service for shirts, marking sheets, etc. that you bring in by mail.

  1. The fee is 550 yen per lamination (1. Name, 2. Back number, 3. Patch lamination: 550 yen x 3 = 1,650 yen). For Socio members, the fee is 1,100 yen per item regardless of lamination.
  2. For individual names, if the name is in individual letters, we will charge an additional 550 yen per individual processing fee because the letters need to be adjusted with special heat-resistant tape. If special processing is required, we may provide a separate quote.
  3. Regarding delivery time, we expect to deliver the product within about two weeks after we receive all the materials necessary for bonding, such as shirts, marking sheets, patches, etc. However, if multiple shirts are sent together or if the product includes back-ordered items, it may take 8-10 weeks.
  4. The crimping process cannot be adjusted to the millimeter. Also, the crimping process is done according to the shirt template, but it is not possible to crimp the shirt horizontally and vertically with a precise measurement.
  5. In principle, we process the shirts according to the manufacturer's application guide, but we also take into account the characteristics of the shirt and the balance of the shirt. For shirts from past seasons that do not have an application guide, we process the shirts while checking images of the players from that time. However, please note that the processing position may not be the same as that of the players depending on the size of the shirt, etc.
  6. Regarding bringing in shirts, in principle, we will accept any shirt, regardless of whether it is a new shirt or not. However, we may not be able to accommodate expensive shirts or used shirts that are difficult to repair.
  7. When selecting the application service (laminage processing service) on the online store for shipping your shirts, please be sure to write the " tracking number " of the shipment in the comments section at checkout (Letter Pack is convenient). If it is difficult to obtain the tracking number in advance, please contact us later via the inquiry form to let us know the tracking number.
  8. Regarding the guarantee of the lamination, in principle, we cannot guarantee the lamination of shirts brought in by customers. For example, in the case of old marking sheets from the target season, the plastic sheet may become difficult to remove due to deterioration over time.
  9. We will not perform the crimping process on non-genuine shirts. We also cannot accept the crimping of non-genuine marking sheets or patches. However, this will not be the case if we consider the individual circumstances and determine that there is no problem.
