| Returns and Defective Products |
This online site accepts returns and exchanges of products under the following conditions:

If the defect/negligence is due to our company
- If the product is damaged or broken, or if there is an obvious manufacturing defect, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
- If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the shipping costs.
In case of customer's convenience (size does not fit, etc.)
- The round-trip shipping fee and bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

| Refusal to receive/long absence |
