Q：〇〇商品の入荷予定はありますか？
A：誤った情報をお伝えしないため、入荷や再販に関する個別のお問い合わせは受け付けておりません。商品が入荷され次第、オンラインストアやSNS等にてお知らせいたします。
Q：配送にはどのくらいかかりますか？
A：発送の目安は以下となります
- 加工なし商品 … 1～2営業日
- シャツ・マーキング・パッチ（KOD在庫ありで加工が必要な場合） … おおよそ10日前後
- 持ち込みマーキング … 約4週間前後（シャツが弊社に到着してからの目安です）
- 取り寄せ品・予約商品・大量持ち込みなど … 8～12週間程度
※ 上記はあくまで目安のスケジュールとなります。

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Non-customized items: 1–2 business days
- Jerseys with markings and patches (when KOD has stock available and customization is required): Approximately 10 business days
- Customer-supplied jerseys for customization: Approximately 4 weeks (calculated from the time the jersey arrives at our facility)
- Backordered items, pre-orders, or bulk customization orders: Approximately 8–12 weeks
